The house

The house, a beautiful 15th century historical dwelling, is ocated in Bominaco, Abruzzo, at 950 mt. a.s.l., surrounded by wide woods and the highest peaks of Abruzzo: the Gran Sasso, the Maiella and the Velino-Sirente.

Its ideal position in the heart of the parks and its links with the main highways, makes it a perfect starting point for visits to historic and artistic hamlets of Abruzzo, all reachable in less than an hour (L'Aquila, Assergi, Chieti, Teramo, the lakes of Scanno and Campotosto) and excursions to the Maiella and Sirente parks..

Guests can stay in an elegant apartment, equivalent to a **** star hotel, consisting of a large bedroom with king size bed, two rooms with 2 single beds each, a bath room with tub/shower, toilet, a patio with fire-place and TV, dining room, stereo, kitchen with fridge, oven and dish washer.

You can also relax on a large terrace of 70 sq met with sun umbrella and a deck-chairs, and for all those who enjoy reading there is a library. In the veranda a tennis table will allow to spend leisure time with friends and family. Moreover, around the house there is a communal green park of 15,000 sq mt with benches under fir-trees and a bocce field.

And for the guests who don't want to cook, there are many restaurants serving genuine food with excellent wines and pizzerie, which make special prices for our guests.

Rates for one-week (7 nights) stays

• Extra fee for heating in the winter months euro 30,00 per day per family group.
• Fees include also water, electricity, gas, and one laundry change per week.

• Discounts:
  • For a stay of 2 weeks 10% discount on the second week
  • For a stay of 3 weeks 10% discount and 15% on the third week
  • For a stay of over a month, contact the landlord for custom estimate
  • Children under 2 years free.
  • Children from 2 to 7 years 10% discount.

• Arrivals and Departures: Arrivals from 15:30 to 21:00 of the starting day, Departures before 12:00 of the ending day.
